Through yoga we help young people to increase their confidence, motivation and fitness levels. It is now evident from research that the use of mobile phones and games consoles is creating serious posture problems for children and young people.

Yoga can help to rectify these problems whilst also developing participants’ mental strength, helping them to overcome the various types of fear that can often overwhelm teenagers, such as the fear that they don’t fit in, that they will fail, or that they are not good enough.

As a result, they can carry the new-found confidence gained through yoga into other aspects of life, approaching difficult situations more confidently and achieving their goals.
